I am a post-2000s college graduate named Zhuang Rui. Four years ago, I was just an ordinary university student tinkering with a 3D printer in a rented apartment.
My connection with 3D printing began with a regret from my teenage years. “When I was in middle school, I was obsessed with a game and wanted to buy a model of one of its weapons, but after searching every platform, I could only find a paper model.” The experience of assembling it was deeply disappointing—“it was extremely difficult, and the final result was far from ideal.” That regret stayed with me for many years.
In 2021, as 3D printing technology rapidly developed, I was studying Electronic Information Engineering at Central South University of Forestry and Technology. I keenly recognized the opportunity this technology presented. Soon after, I started a business together with my classmates, and before long, a group of like-minded partners gathered around us.
We started with a 20-square-meter rented room and three 3D printers. Today, we operate out of a 500-square-meter workshop. What began as a solo effort has grown into a core team of nine people. United by a shared passion, we have a clear vision for the future.
We are currently building a designer-manufacturer platform called “Pioneer Industries”, which has already brought together more than 20 designers. We sincerely look forward to designers from all over the world joining our community—so that the passion preserved from our youth can continue to burn endlessly throughout what is destined to be a brilliant life.。
